Hello, can 13 years old girls can take vit D? Sometimes my daughter feels left waist side pain...so is it calcium and vitamins deficiancy? Now kids r at home only online classes nd all...they r not going outside not getting sunlight no much physical exercise also... I giving Zincovit multivitamin syrup...is it necessary to give Vitamin D also? Please suggest...thank you

Include fresh fruits and raw vegetables, add milk and milk products, dry fruits, dates, desi ghee and ensure 10 minutes of sunlight exposure (balcony/veranda/window), preferably around 10am. You can include simple exercises at home itself - dance/skipping/ aerobics in order to keep her active.

Vit D is to be got naturally from sun. Give her good food,plenty of vegetables,fruits,milk,milkproducts,greengram sprouts everyday. Allow her to stroll around from6 am to 7 am in and around a garden,ur terrace,.park.Even swimming,badminton,throwball Any sports can be played. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,stored foods. Yoga exercise ,walking everyday for one hour is advisable Milk,milkproducts ghee is good for everyday
