Knee sorain

I sprained my knee on Sat. I went to a cross fit excercise class today. I did 6 rounds of bike, plate shoulders to over head, ring rows, sit ups and push ups. My knee cap is swollen hurts a little when I move it. I have tingling in my foot which I didn't have before.

Was there a twisting injury to your knee when u sprained ur kneem r u able to walk without pain. Is there an locking of knee or instability to fall on walking.. any clicking sounds.
Next Steps
i would like to see an xray of ur knee AP and lateral view to check for any injury.
Health Tips
avoid squats, running stamping and impact activities . use knee brace all the time ur out of bed.  do ice fonentation to decrease the swelling and pain.
