Am sachin jaison, I am 22 years old, I play badminton professionally, recently I got pain in my left knee, pain is only when kneeling, I took an X-RAY , and the doctor said tat my patella is not tracking properly, it’s tracking outwards, can u please check out my X-ray n suggest me on how to overcome the injury
