Proper cause need to be known which can happen only after a proper assessment by an Orthopedecian and a Physiotherapist.
That being said, CORE muscle activation/strenghtening always helps.
This can be initiated with training yourself for relaxation. Loosen up your shoulders, neck. Tummy should fill up while you inhale and it sould come in while you breath out. Practice deep breathing: exhale-hold 3-4 sec-allow inhaling(happens automatically).
Rest of the exercises can be taught by your physio and must be done under his/her supervision.
