I slipped and twisted my knee after which i am finding it difficult to lift my left leg. I can walk properly but have pain in the right side of left knee. I am taking dynapar tablet . Please advise

Knee twisting Injury can be quiet significant. If the pain and swelling are present, that could be due to ligament injury inside your knee. You need to consult an Orthopaedician or preferably a Sports Medicine Specialist to make sure you are fine.
