Knee pain in both legs but more in right

I am 30 years old..having knee pain while climbing up and down the stairs  sharp with with that cant sqart..if i stand and cook for a long time my starts paining. since last few days I got locking sensation and sharp with with that cant squart..if i stand and cook for a long time i get pain..I got an MRI of right knee MRI REPORTS says that I have mild degeneration of knee join ..does this mean I am in early stages of osteoarthritis?? You have softening of patella and ACL sprain.
Next Steps
Avoid prolonged standing and climbing the stairs. Blood test for the vit d deficiency. Use hinged knee brace, do quadriceps exercises.

Requires examination of knees. Better go to an orthopaedic surgeon and get it checked

Your symptoms does not fit into arthritis alone. You are having ACL ligament sprain which might be the cause of the pain. Locking might be due patellar pathology as the knee MRI suggests that meniscus is normal. Kindly send MRI images if possible.

Your problem is more because of acl sprain.. yes early changes of arthritis is also there
