Knee pain first time

I feel I have knee pain left and right knee both. If I walk normally there is no pain but if I climb up stairs or climb down stairs I feel severe ache in knees. What should I do to cure this. I am 27 years old. In my lifetime ever I faced such pain ever.. From past 6 months
