Hello Doctor, I am facing knee joint pain including that lower back ach ,the leg and body muscles become stiff like a rod after rest or if i sit for 2/3 hours at a place... Along this feeling breathlessness also. I have been diagnosed -2.5 vit D level,diagnosed as Ostopinea6months before. Taking calcium tablets regularly 1and weekly sachets.

U need to visit Orthopaedic doctor . Get done new serum VIT d 3 for current status . If d 3 is normal then  u need to do some other investigations to rule out any other muscle problem.
