Knee ligament injury

In exray it is showing non uniform reduction of left knee joint space. Please suggest further treatment. do I have to go for MRI?

Your weight looks more for height.. That means your BMI is more and hence you may have knee joint pain.. Kindly consider physical consultation with Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination for adequate diagnosis and treatment.. Also the x ray can give us an insight on severity of knee pain ..
