Hello sir, hope you are keeping well. First I need to understand how you started with you knee pain. Do you have a history of fall? Or twist? Or has there been any weight gain specifically in the last few months. If you have been on a sedentary lifestyle did you try any sport or exercise without a warm up ?? Unless there is a proper diagnosis made, there will be symptomatic treatment.
Next Steps
visit the physiotherapist nearby
Health Tips
You could use contrast of both ice packs multiple times and use hot packs at night before sleep and early morning.
