Sometimes ligaments take a year or more to heal and your joint may take time to feel normal again. Hope your vitamin d and b12 levels are more than mid range and also take injection for them if low or borderline. This will help healing. Hope you have done good physio for getting full range of knee movement and also to strengthen the knee muscles
Next Steps
consult if needed
Health Tips
take vitamin injections

Hello Please do share your MRI report. Depending upon your severity and type of ligament injury and the ligament which was injured, the outcome of conservative management can be decided. Clinical examination is also needed. Please do share your reports as of now.

Can you share your MRI report if it was done? Having a ligament tear can lead to knee instability, so activities like running or dancing can be problematic. Strengthening exercises can help but sometimes reconstruction of the ligament by arthroscopic procedure is required.
