Kidney stones surgery - diet

Hai sir / madam, My husband age is 31. He is diagnosed two stones in the right kidney, 8mm, 6mm in 2020. Along with the medicenes tried so many remedies and churnas  which are not work just manageble. Recently he danced in an occasion. He severely got pain in his back. Doctor told us one stone is in the lower calyx other is in renal pelvis both are 8mm so one stone is not possible to pull out through ureteroscopy. So he suggested pcnl. He undewent pcnl successfully and two stones were removed. Now my doubt is my husband is angiogram. Patient in 2016.now he went through this. I need some perfect diet now for healthy heart and kidney stones which i need is to never form again.

Please take proper consultation, stones are reoccurring in nature. Diet and lifestyle both should be proper. You might need to take medications in between for shorter duration. Stones have tendency to reoccurring.. Drink plenty of fluids.. Do exercise regularly.. Do take calcium supplements without doctor guidance..
