Is keto diet healthy ? Can I have whiskey during keto diet very occassionally ? What happens if i do keto diet for 15 days and have cheat day for 2 days ? 2 days with carbohydrates and then with followed again with keto diet ?

Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet .one can be on  keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that continuously. Please ask me directly for details.

Keto duet is a process wherein your gradually starts using ketone bodies as the primary source of energy, this metabolic shift occurs after couple of days of doing keto diet so when you break it (by introducing higher amt if carbs) then the ketonic phase will be completely reverted and this causes a sudden shock within the body.
