Please don't go to all that you see or find or have heard about them in internet or outside..as they are not safe and also contain many long term side effects..
Instead it is better to rely on natural foods that are safe and doesn't have any side effects now or later..
Consume low carbs with low gi foods, all complex carbs to be taken, moderate plant proteins, low fats in the form of dairy or any , include high fiber in your diet, go for all seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, lentils legumes, whole grain cereals, whole unpolished pulses, healthy fats like EFA's such as omega 3 and 6 fatty acid foods like sea fish like salmon, macarel, tuna, sardines and herring and poultry, nuts of almonds walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, egg whites, til oil, olive oil, safflower oils for home cooking, and also to follows healthy lifestyle like exercises both morning and evening, warm lemon water on empty stomach upon rising followed by a 45 mins brisk walk, daily on all the days of the week, and yoga, surya namaskar, brisk walking, enough water intake daily around 2 to 3 litres, good sleep and rest, no sedentary lifestyle, metabolism inducing goods which help to stay active ..
So right diet, exercises and stress limiting factors all to be taken care of...for reducing over weight and to lead a great life ahead !!!
