Keratoconus
Hello sir.
I had right eye keratoconus in 2018 which has been operated and my doctor advised hard contact lenses but I am using glasses since operation and I didn't go for follow up 2 years back I went for regular visits and doctor said everything is fine since I studied keratoconus is Bilateral condition.
Should I go regularly and check my left eye as well ?

Yes, regular check up is important as keratoconus is a progressive condition. Regular topography and progression mapping are required. If you use glasses, that's fine and if you are comfortable, surely go ahead with it. But, hard contact lenses are better options for clearer vision in cases with advanced keratoconus.

You should have yearly follow up atlest, and incase your doctor recommends 6 months you should stick to that, as keratoconus can occur at any point in the other eye also.
