Have 1 glass of warm water (not hot) with 1/2 lemon and 2 tsp honey every morning in empty stomach to reduce acid reflux problem as it helps in cleansing the gut, improve digestion and metabolism
You can also try having Aloe vera juice instead
Avoid heavy meals
Always have warm and light food without too much oil or spice
Have early dinner before 8:30pm
Sleep early around 10:30 pm
If you feel acid reflux in the night keep your bed elevated on head side
