I me with an accident 14 days ago and my toe joint is dislocated and is with using k wire fixation. It has only happy on my foot last toe that is the little toe how many days will the plaster remain and does the plaster need to be long till the knee?

Need immobilization of the dislocated joint for 4 to 6 weeks. K wire fixation was done . This should be adequate. Regarding the plaster on leg upto knee, treating doctor knows the reason for it.

If great toe fracture is fixed with k wire then plaster is needed till Below knee. U can opt for  fibre plaster
