I am feeling back mid and lower back pain and hip pain , My HLAB27 is negative, MRI normal, last month Esr 16 CRP 0.68 NOW ESR 4 CRP 1 I Want to ESR and CRP is quite normal still I have severe back pain disabiling pain

HI Sorry for your pain. I would suggest you to get examined in person by an orthopedic surgeon as online consultation has some limitations. It is possible that you might have functional backache.
