Hiii...i am 30yrs female recently married..facing sever back pain issue specially the lower back...we are planning for a kid by end of this year..but very concerned whether i will be able to

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

First of all congratulations on your marriage. And surely you would be able to conceive child just go ahead with your plans .. all the best for the same too. To bring in your notice please carefully check the postures that you follow during intercourse. Other than that please check your hamstring length ( it is not shortened) try to sit with your legs straight and together and without support.

Start with back strengthening exercises that includes Bridging and if the hamstrings are also tight , do start with stretching exercises of hamstrings so that the intervertebral disc is not damaged incase of adapting to wrong postures. Consult an Occupational therapist along with your husband for correct intercourse postures. Which wont give stress on your back.

Just check with a physiotherapist if you have stiff back and weakness in abdominals/ core, inhibited and weak gleutes Max muscle. Quadratus lamborum over acting. Pain can be controlled by any method but to prevent further issues Nd to prepare for pregnancy start exercise.
