You should understand that SURGICAL TREATMENT IS THE BEST OPTION FOR EARLY STAGES LIKE YOURS. AVN HIPS are known to progress to arthritis which will need hip replacement. We have been doing CORE DECOMPRESSION and REGROW (OSSGROW) or BMAC in early stages with excellent results. Treatment for Avascular necrosis of hip (as suggested in MRI report) depends on clinical and radiological staging , pictures of MRI plates will be more helpful to determine the stage of the condition.

This is avascular necrosis of hip. A condition where femoral head looses blood vascularity, becomes soft and gets flattened leading to Hip Arthritis. Generally occurs in both hips. Stages may vary. Generally it needs something more than medicine treatment.
