Hi I had a jaw lock on my right side in March 2016, anterior disc displacement without reduction; closed lock and I have a opening of two fingers only. Which procedure should I further go for to unlock my jaw on right side? Earlier I had very less opening, a lot of pain for almost 4months but after heat therapy and exercises I was able to have 2 finger opening and it stays the same from then and I don’t have pain in my jaw now but I have a lot of jaw tightness in my upper jaw and talking much o
