Hello sir!
This sounds like you have problem with your TMJ which is the temporomandibular joint. It is the unique joint in the body which always moves simultaneously. Normal movement of your mandible- lower jaw depends on proper function of TMJ. The causes vary. It can be due to emotional stress, inflammatory, eruption of 3rd molars- your wisdom teeth and so on. Radiographs should be taken. It shows the bony architecture of your joint and movement of condyles during jaw opening. As you are 23years old, your 3rd molars should be checked which usually erupts between the ages of 18 to 25. Also the amount of your mouth opening should be examined.
