Hi My first ivf cycle failed, when can I expect my periods and can I go for next cycle immediately? Or should I take a month gap .

Please discuss with the Gynaecologist who is doing your IVF treatment. There are no guidelines and hard and fast rules. Doctors have their own protocol.

Within 30 days, yes you can go for next cycle depends if your gynecologist haven't advised you for any operative intervention like hysteroscopy or any other  operative procedures

Next period can be expected within day 37 counting from day one of the periods U can go fr the next cycle without a break
