Can ovulation drugs and ivf injections decrease ovarian reserve as these produce more eggs and exhaust ovaries..

Ovaries have a fixed amount of ova which will anyway degenerate with age. With fertility treatments, ovarian reserve does reduce but not very significantly making an impact on the natural process.

All women have a fixed number of eggs which reduce with age and with ovulation induction. Therefore it's important to follow up with the doctor especially during ovulation induction and IVF cycles ...so u don't waste ur eggs n cycle

Yes. They do have an effect on ovarian reserve. In fact every female child is born with a fixed number (in lacs)  of oocytes (precursor of ova). Many of them will start maturing but don't reach the stage of ovum and undergo degeneration during the process. About 400 will become ova. So even though a woman is endowed with many ova (many times more than what ova can be produced), very few will reach the stage of Ovulation. So the maturation of ova as induced by fertility drugs is not really a disaster. It is the way the ova are produced (many are wasted in the process).

Yes they may. As many follicles are used up in the process.
