2026-05-06 17:56:14
Hello I am attaching a pic. This patch has been there for many days not only near the groin area. But on the stomach chest area multiple spots are there nearly 8 to 10 . and also near the private part. Is this any infection or psoriasis?

The patches appear more as a fungal infection type rash than psoriasis, especially with itching and involvement of groin and body folds, and these usually respond well to proper treatment 👍 avoid steroid combination creams and keep the area dry a detailed consultation can help confirm the diagnosis and guide the right medicines for complete clearance 🌸

Next Steps
The appearance of multiple itchy, circular patches across the chest, stomach, and groin area is highly suggestive of a spreading fungal infection, commonly known as Tinea (Ringworm). While Psoriasis also presents with patches, fungal infections are typically more itchy and spread rapidly to warm, moist areas of the body. Since you have nearly 8 to 10 spots, it indicates that the infection is active and needs a systemic (oral) as well as topical treatment approach."
Health Tips
Fungal infections are stubborn and require a complete course of medication even after the spots disappear. Book a full session  with me to start the correct treatment
