Itching with pins and needles sensation
My whole body feels itchy and prickly with painful pins and needles sensation. Especially in the legs and it happens mostly at night.

This more commonly occurs in people suffering from vitamin deficiency like b12 , d3
Or if u have diabetes so we need to check all of these things in ur case .
