There is itching inside the foreskin on the head round the penis , and When there is erection, I am unable to open the skin and in loose No issue in opening. Is this circumcision? Because opening issue only on erection. What to do of itching right now?

Itching usually due to white smegma layer over glans penis , it should be cleaned by opening foreskin If you can open foreskin on flaccid penis there is no issue

No that's not circumcision. I didn't quite get the issue, are you saying penis isn't opening? Then the issue is phimosis. Are you having burning sensation during urination too? Also is it painful erection? Besides is it only during erection or other times too?
