Itching in anal area
From last few days I am having intolerable itching on outer area of anus. It's not continuous but occurs frequently . If I stand it becomes under control but while laying on bed or sitting it causes itching. It stops after sometime. I don't eat spicy food. After I wash it then also situation is under control. Attached is image. Please suggest what's the issue.
