Sir this looks like a fungal patch.Apply Onabet cream locally twice daily and Take Tab Itratuf 100mg twice daily for 2 weeks and Tab Allegra 180 mg at night for 7 days.Also keep the area as dry as possible and only wear cotton clothes.
