1. Can a normal healthy person consume isabgol everyday? 2. I suffer from chronic diarrhoea and hence consume 2 teaspoon of isabgol with lemon and water every morning. Is it good? 3. Are there any side effects of taking isabgol for  aprolonged period like few years?
