I have constipation problem since many years and i had developed a thin flesh like structure in my anal.Its been more than 7 8 years.It doesn't trouble me. When i have good bowl movement it is small and doesn't make me uncomfortable.And in constipation i feel it is little enlarged. Is this piles?What to do in this situation? To whom i may concern?

Add dietary fibres and khajur in your diet. Have warm milk and jaggery at night. You may taje Isabgol husk for a few days and have plenty of oral fluids. For further management you'll have to consult a surgeon
