I chew food from 1 lower molar is it normal and the uses of 2 lower molar because i dont think i chew food on that

Hello, The tooth most important for mastication i.e chewing is lower 1st molar . And it is completely normal. But chewing in only one side and not on other side may cause deposits form plaque on the other side. Which will lead to gingivitis , bad breathe .
Next Steps
scaling every six months is adviced. to maintain oral hygiene for everyone.

Chewing only one side would cause food lodgement and plaque on other side and also adversely affect the functions of muscle and joint
Next Steps
I would suggest you to consciously chew food on both sides. It might take some effort initially but gradually that would become habit to chew on both sides

Yeah this is normal. Lower 1st molar tooth is the main chewing tooth in all molars teeth.
