Is it harmorrhoid or rectal prolapse?

There is a ball like lump (6'o' clock to 12'o' clock)poping out after passing stool ,the lump is on right side and it is flared .There is no blood in stool, sometimes there is mucus in stool and there is frequent mild right and left abdomen pain .

Defcort 500 two times a day after food for three weeks. Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times a day for three weeks.
