I had my medical for indian air force scheduled for tomorrow. Im suffering from rectal prolapse for eight years. In medicals the doctor will only check for piles. Will he be able to diagnose rectal PROLPASE just by looking at anus through torch. I will operate it before joining if declared fit.

If they ask to strain, then yes.
If they don't ask you to strain at stool, rectal prolapse will not be diagnosed.
