Is it fine to take Vit-D injection?
Hello Sir/Ma'am,
In my recent test report, few of deficiency reported is as below -
Vit D - 21.31 ng/ml
Iron - 36.9 ug/dl
Thyroid - TSH 6.78 (T3,T4 are in range)
Triglycerides - 193 mg/dl
.
Instead of taking weekly tablets for Vit D, is it fine to take Vit-D injection? What does should be taken ?
What min/max quantity should it be taken ? Is there any side effects?
2 Vit D injections once a week, take oral calcium for 3 months along with it. Generally no side effects
