Is it Eagles syndrome?Neck CT scan

I have constant pain in the right lower jaw under the earlobe and neck for 11 months now. I have small lump like spot in neck which is hard to touch and chickpea size .doesn't change in size since June'20. Hurts to touch the neck .Had neck ultrasound and CT scan to check the lump and for constant neck pain. Nothing found. GP told me to check about eagles syndrome. Ct neck scan says, Right styloid process: Not elongated, measuring about 0.3 cm.Right stylohyoid ligament: Calcified distal portion, which measures about 0.8 cm. This is located about 2.1 cm from the tip of the right styloid process. Left styloid process/stylohyoid ligament: Borderline top normal size of the left stylohyoid ligament, which is in continuation with elongated left styloid process, measuring about 2.4 cm combined. GP and dentist doubt If I have eagles syndrome. My styloids process is only 0.3cm. Is this normal? GP said styloids greater than 2.5cm is eagles syndrome. Is this 0.3cm length normal or something wrong?

Doesn’t seem like styalgia but needs to be evaluated. Small swelling might just be a lymph node.
Next Steps
Repeat ultrasound scan to check whether it is a lymph node
