I suffer from frequent urination from last one month. USG abdomen normal. just multiple tiny calculi in both kidneys. Blood sugar normal Kft. Normal. Urine culture shows s.aureus growth. Took NITROFURANTOIN 100mg twice daily for 10 days Followed by trimethoprim 200 mg twice daily for another 10 days. Finished antibiotics before 6 days. But frequent feeling to pass urine persists . Urologist diagnosed chronic prostatitis. If it is so will my symptom of frequently feeling of urination ever subside. I mean is prostatitis curable. Yes or no. Regards. H.J.Shah
