I have problem of irregular periods and I am taking  femilon treatment for 21 days  tablet so I am having spotting after 10 days so is it normal ..

It is not normal. You should continue the Femilon course but supplement it with progesterone on the days of spotting.

no It is not normal The most common reason would be missed pills If not you would require investigations to find out the reason
