Along with workouts, try to give good amount of Gap in between meals. It would b really helpful if you take 2 meals/day. Take Seasonal Local Fruits Or Vegetables Soup in Breakfast or Lunch. Take hot water with meals. Have early Dinner. Make sure you walk post Dinner so that food moves down from Stomach before lying down.
Avoid Bakery products, packed food, soft drinks, too much sweets, white
sugar, cheeze, butter, market sauces, Milk + Fruits combinations, Cold items, long day sleep etc
