Iron n calcium supplements in pregnancy

I am currently 27 weeks pregnant... My gynae started my iron and calcium supplements in 5th month...but I had haemorhoids and piles with bleeding issue..so she stopped it ...and I was not able to tolerate calcium... Sometimes I used to have it and sometimes not... In short I have not done any course of both supplements...I am so much worried now about its pros and cons on my baby ... Will it have effected my babys growth and brain development of i didn't take them in last two months... What if I start it from tomorrow...please help me ...I am tense...also suggest the timing of iron n calcium...please docs will my baby be effected if I have not taken these medicines...in these 2 months.. If I start from tomorrow will my baby be okay

Atleast take folic acid supplements Have milk and dairy products Green leafy vegetables, jaggery and dates Check your haemoglobin, if it's on lower side then injectable iron can be taken
