Intercourse & TVS Serial Folliculometry

I am going to do TVS Serial Folliculometry on CD10,CD12,CD14 starting from tomorrow. But I also need to have intercourse on these days to conceive a baby. Does intercourse and follicular study effect each other? Do I need to take care of something? Please let me know. Thank you.
