Intake of water empty stomach in acidity

Is it true we should not drink water in morning empty stomach in acidity ? If yes, thn what should we eat just after waking up?

Common treatment remedies not useful. Avoiding root causes or correction in diet habits and pinpoint medicine remedies gives permanent relief without recurrence. Taking antacids ayurvediy or allopathy is not permenant answer for acidity problem.

Hello Ma'am,No it is not true,If u drink water in empty stomach,HCl becomes dilute, which is good for you,U can take  normal or Saunf/Mulethi(Glycyrrhiza glabera) treated water , Take Tab Triphala 2 at night with Lukewarm water (Himalaya drug)
