You need to follow a proper pre and post workout meal to stay fit and healthy
Pre Workout meal-you need to include a high carb snack like
Fruit with nuts/yoghurt
Wheat flakes with milk
Oat meal with fruits
Banana
During workout
Consume more fluids-water, coconut water.
Post workout-Protein rich food like
Sprouts
Protein Smoothies
Sauted vegetables with some paneer/egg white
It should be taken within 30-60 minutes after workouts to build your muscle and repair your body
