M mother of 2.8 yrs child, my daily routine starts with brisk walking of 30 minutes and 30 minutes yoga, just wanna know what to consume after my work out which could keep me healthy and make my immunity and physical power strong. What should be avoided in drinking or eating which does not hamper my health and body fat specially tummy fat, as i had my child with ceseran delivery

Hello, You need to follow a proper pre and post workout meal to stay fit and healthy Pre Workout meal-you need to include a high carb snack like Fruit with nuts/yoghurt Wheat flakes with milk Oat meal with fruits Banana During workout Consume more fluids-water, coconut water. Post workout-Protein rich food like Sprouts Protein Smoothies Sauted vegetables with some paneer/egg white It should be taken within 30-60 minutes after workouts to build your muscle and repair your body
