I have been under thyroid medication from past 10+ years. I have delivered my baby 2.5 years back. During pregnancy I gained 10+ kgs weight with some symptoms like a lot of skin tags, dry skin, fatigue, low mood, excess weight around abdominal region. I am having difficulty in loosing weight .My fasting blood sugar report came normal last year when I did test. I want to know if I have insulin resistance and can I take Berberine supplement
