No need to worry unless an until your mother doesnt have any blood borne disease Hiv HepB etc. Clean the wound with antiseptic.thats enough. Even Tt is not required.

If you have injected insuilin in your body go to a hospital nearby and get glucose drips along with monitoring of blood glucose, if insuilin did not enter your body not then no need to worry even if blood came relax.

Hello, Do not panic. If you were just pricked and no insulin was injected, do not worry.  If some insulin was injected,  monitor your sugar level on a glucometer. If low, have something sweet, or a sweetened drink. Kindly find out if your mother has some viral infections . If yes, follow up for further management.
