My mother is having insomnia and she looks depressed also, like she has lost interest. She doesn't like to go out, she is not interested to do any cleaning etc, she hates music, tv. She doesn't want to talk much. She just want silence around her all the time. I told her to visit a psychatrist also but she refused. What should I do now? Please help

She does needs to be evaluated by a Psychiatrist. You should consider an online video consultation for her, that should at-least get the process started.
