Insomnia, sleeping problem

I have problem with Sleep since I have started my shift duty 1992, presently i have been taking Tridon 50mg but yet sleep is not satisfactory. In Ayurveda, is there any medicine which can cure my sleep problem.

Yup due to stress and lot of tesn in these busy hectic life these is the common problems now a day...in ur case due to ur night shift the vata in ur body get agrivates to very hight extent so that u r facing these problem....different peoples have different tesn but the main cause of these is strees nly...there are many medicines haa mentioned in Ayurveda for these...have these sleep and try to relieve ur tesn because if u treat cause disease will go automatically these medicine will help u to relieve ur stress and to have a good sleep...

1.Bramhi syrup 2 tsp at night.. 2. Tab prasham 2 tab at night... 3.  Saraswatarshita 3 tsp medicine + 3 tsp luke warm water.. 4. Panchgavya 1 tsp twice a day...

I will suggest u to have a shirodhar it is one kind of panchkarma it will going help u a lot... drink 1 cup of milk by adding sugar or honey at bedtime...
