I am suffering from this for last 1-2 months.
Some time I get a sound sleep at night but some time thought process continue till 2-3 am and even for whole night. Some time my body is tired my eyes are drowsy but unable to sleep.
Try to make a schedule for walk daily and avoid screen after 8pm , drink a cup of milk before going to bed . Avoid any stress check if you have any major stress consult for that and take counselling if if is there .
From last 2 months i m suffering from same. Its more durin night while sleeping.
