Insomnia due to excess Vitamin d intake

Doctors, I wrong took vitamin D supplements daily (60k iu) for 10 days instead of weekly once prescribed by my doctor due to nasal allergy issue. This caused me not to sleep for 25 days. (Not even a minute of sleep). I feel like I am going to die because of lack of sleep. I took calcium level test it's normal. My sleep cycle is distributed completely. Pls help me

Your insomnia is not due to Vit D but it is due to the anxiety and tension you have developed due to heavy dose of Vit D. Please calm yourself.  There are no major side effects due to Vit D toxicity. The symptoms will disappear spontaneously.
