Insomnia, anxiety, depression
I'm suffering from insomnia, anxiety and depression since 2012 and taking treatment from alopathy . I want to stop alopathy treatment now and shift my treatment in Homeopathic and ayurvedic.pyscatrist tell me.how to tapper it off these medicine.now im going to take both ayurvedic and homeopathic.can I take both Homeopathic and ayurvedic at same time..or which is best to take and for my treatment...help me out

1st: really a psychiatist diagnosed that your suffering with both anxiety and depression together?
2nd: why you wanted to stop allopathy treatment?
3rd: you are asking me how to taper the dose of previous drugs. but, you didn't mention since how long they are being used by you and list of medications used
4th: how can you ask a allopathic specialist regarding Ayurvedic or homeo medication as our knowledge also limited??
So please question in a relevant form and please describe your complaint in detail
